Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment plans, including monthly installments and upfront payments, with a 10% discount for annual payments, and a 5% penalty for late payments.
- 50% deposit due upon project commencement
- 25% payment due upon design completion
- 25% payment due upon development completion
- Interest charged on overdue accounts at 1.5% per month
Project Scope
Our web design and development services include custom design, development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on auto industry solutions, and a guaranteed 99.9% uptime.
We also offer ongoing maintenance and support, including updates, backups, and security monitoring, with a 15-minute response time for critical issues.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice, with a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project cost.

- Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately
Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, and that our work will be free from defects for a period of 6 months.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client, with a maximum liability of $10,000.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, with disputes resolved through arbitration.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties, superseding all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
